As our guests, you will enjoy a very special cuisine that has made a name for itself in Binz: The Restaurant Rossini has been awarded the title of “Kitchen Winner of all Hotels on the Island of Rügen” for the third time. The selection of top-quality products is our top priority: fresh herbs from our herb garden, hand-scraped spaetzle, freshly caught fish, hand-picked fruit and vegetables and selected meat. The ingredients are used to prepare changing menus, delicious buffets and special à la carte dishes for you and your children (also for diabetics).

The well-deserved vacation days at the Baltic Sea should be rung in properly with a delicious breakfast. We offer you a rich breakfast buffet that leaves nothing to be desired. You can enjoy a leisurely breakfast with us until 11 a.m.. You can also order breakfast to your room for an extra charge. We attach great importance to this:

Arkona Bar Time for a moment of indulgence
In the Arkona Bar you can linger in the afternoon with coffee, homemade cake or ice cream and plan your next vacation in peace. Enjoy the view of the beach promenade and relax in the comfortable bar chairs. Our bartenders will also serve you non-alcoholic drinks and offer you a selection of more than 50 different cocktails, most of which they have created themselves. The preparation is also a real spectacle.

Bootshaus Binz Dining with a view of the Baltic Sea
It doesn't get any more vacation feeling than this: at Bootshaus Binz, you can not only enjoy delicious dishes, but also a direct view of the Baltic Sea. From fresh Baltic fish to selected meat dishes and seasonal delicacies, the menu offers delicious dishes for the whole family. Many of the products on offer come from the region and are certified with the “Regional Food Culture” seal of approval.

Arkona Sky Bar Above the rooftops of Binz
A very special highlight for guests of all ages is a visit to the Arkona Sky Bar. From the roof terrace, you can enjoy a stunning view of Binz beach, the chalk cliffs and the surrounding area from a lofty height. Soak up the sun on comfortable loungers and lounge furniture while sipping a refreshing cocktail. You can also look forward to delicious grilled dishes, burgers, crunchy vegetables and crispy tarte flambée.
